Bahan-Bahan Strawberry Cookies:
- 3 butir telur, diambil hanya putihnya saja.
- 125 gram gula pasir
- 150 gram mentega-cairkan di dalam wadah diatas air panas
- 250 gram tepung terigu
- 3 sendok makan selai stroberi
- 3 sendok makan stroberi
Cara Mengolah Strawberry Cookies:
- Kocok Putih telur, gula pasir dan mentega cair.
- Campurkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk.
- Tambahkan essens stroberri, aduk rata.
- Tuangkan ke loyang cookies.
- Panggang dalam oven.
- Setelah matang, beri selai stroberi diatas masing-masing kue.
